Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Terms

Customers may request cancellation within 24 hours of payment by contacting info@mfhub.in or 8129380457. MFhub may accept or reject cancellation requests at its sole discretion, especially if processing or service preparation has already started.

Replacement Terms

MFhub accepts replacement requests only for proven product defects, damage during transit, or service issues. Requests must be submitted within 1 day of delivery or service completion, along with the invoice, order details, and proof of issue.

Approval or rejection of replacement requests is solely at MFhub’s discretion. If approved, replacements will be processed within the timeline communicated by MFhub.

Refund Terms

Refunds are allowed only for proven product defects, transit damage, or service issues. Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery or service completion and must include supporting documents.

Approval of refunds rests solely with MFhub. If approved, refunds will be processed within the timeline communicated by us.
